There are too many videos like this pressuring young girls into thinking that a tiny bit of fat is a bad thing. ITS NOT. That tiny bit of fat is stopping you from having problems in the future. It stores your organs. ITS GOOD TO HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF FAT. You are perfect just the way you are. It doesn’t mean you can’t tweak your body if you want to but just remember everyone needs a bit of fat. Just be healthy, be happy and be you. Here are some exercises that worked for me personally:

    1. Plank (start at 30sec add 10sec every week until you get to 1m30 or 2 mins)
    2. Put your legs in the air and hold and reach up trying to touch them (same amount of time as first one)
    3. Lie flat on your back and lift both legs at the same time (same time as first)
    4. Squats (as many as you feel comfortable doing) you can work your way up to 50 or 100 which every suit you best.

  2. belive me nothing works Iam a guy getting up ever morning 330 before leave the house drink 2larger glass with lemon and tea spon honey for the last 3year its become an habit and i do work out like crazy iam not 179lb and 510 but the fat on my belly never go away when iam standing have flat belly but when i sat i dont like it and its disappointing watch lots videos nothing help also never eat junks or fried food any help would be greatly appreciate it sorry for writing long
