  2. YES EXERCISING YOUR EYES WORKS! About 20 years ago, I was in my 50's and suddenly had needed glasses, mainly for driving. But then I found that I absolutely couldn't read small print without glasses, so I needed trifocals. I came across a booklet about eye exercises, and started trying them. I wasn't strict with working on them (plus there weren't as many exercises as I see in this forum), but I did in fact notice an improvement. After a while, I stopped ever wearing my glasses except to drive. I got better about doing the exercises and my eye doctor announced that I didn't need my glasses any more. I was delighted, although I did need cheap reading glasses for tiny print. I'm now 73 and I was chatting with someone on Facebook today about that book. As I wrote her, I realized that I look at the screen, then look up and focus on our tv, 8 feet from us, then almost always glance to the right corner of our room, where a soft light is on, and I tend to glance at and focus on each item. NONE of this was conscious on my part. But when I read this article, I realized that I had gotten in the habit of exercising my eyes, and I wasn't actually realizing I was doing it so much. I'm 73 years old and still don't need glasses except for tiny print (or threading needles, lol). I DO believe that it is the exercises that have made it possible for me to see so well. Three years ago, I started showing signs of cataracts, and I ordered some Can-C to see if I could "naturally" get rid of them. So far … no more sign of cataracts. SO YES … YES, YES, YES …. EYE EXERCISES CAN WORK!!!
